Islamaphobia ! There is no such thing. Its a made up word often used by Labour politicians to help keep their safe city seats. Newsflash - The Greens are on to you.

@thelefttake @bets8181 @ZackPolanski Here, the data shows 18-29, but in order to make the gap look larger, the data was cherry picked for 18-24, in order to show a larger split. For context, they asked 279 people aged between 18 and 29. And young people only slightly prefer zack over reform.

Zack Polanski is by far the most popular candidate for Prime Minister among Britain's 18-24 year olds. Over 3x more popular than Nigel Farage. 7x more popular than Rupert Lowe.

CORRECTION* this is a poll of 18-29 year olds. Not 18-24 year olds as titled.

@stevepb @richardcalhoun This is actually a popular misconception. The polls showed a massive upswing for Leave toward the date of the referendum and most pollsters released polls in June indicating that Leave could win. It was an extremely close result, as the polls predicted.

@TheUrge69 @MathHighlander No. A) because this is a poll that was commissioned by Restore Britain so it wouldn't make much sense for the company to manipulate the data in a way to bolster Polanski given the client and B) because it if emerged they were doing this then nobody would commission them again.

@thelefttake @MathHighlander Being ranked the third worst, as was proved, could it not be possible that they are manipulating figures on purpose.

@D4RN_S Well I pay the 40p rate, rent and have a job and I can't say I'm feeling a particular itching to vote for Nigel Farage anytime soon...

@northumbrian_ He's well in the running up until the 55-64 cohort at which point Farage takes a dominant lead. Keir Starmer had the most balanced following across all age groups, always finishing 3rd. Badenoch, Davey and Lowe are largely irrelevant/.

@unwizeneds @g1c2 Population doesn't mean anything because these polls are weighted to account for that. You're right to say that this poll doesn't mean much unless the young actually turn out to vote though!

@richardcalhoun 1000 is a representative sample. You can get accurate data from a poll with half this sample.

@thelefttake If 1000 is representative then I would say the result is unreliable, but also where did such a small poll take place?

@TheUrge69 @MathHighlander No. I mean an underestimation. If they used the same methodology here as they have done in their voting intention polls which have seen the Greens underestimated versus other pollsters, then this is an underestimation of Polanski's actual standing.

@andreww46041120 @KevinSi13447996 @Bristol_Matt05 You're talking nonsense about an economy in which just 30 years ago my parents were able to buy a house at my age, something I don't even view was a realistic prospect, despite having a better salary than they did.

@thelefttake @KevinSi13447996 @Bristol_Matt05 Bulshite answer. Life is hard sacrifices are made for what you want Nothing is given on a plate you talk like the world owes you. It owes you nothing You make your own life. No one is priced out if they try hard enough. your thinking is part of the problem of the young

@DJ_Stotty @bets8181 @ZackPolanski No it isn't. The narrative is that young people are fond of Zack Polanski. I didn't need to cherry pick the data to demonstrate that when it is patently obvious from the overall tabs. You clearly don't what it is to cherry-pick.

@KFsquared @peteatowafful I've looked at the employment figures. Approximately two-thirds in this age cohort are employed. Around half pay tax.

@MathHighlander Yes, if anything this is an underestimation given how FON tends to have the Greens performing badly compared with YouGov, Kantar/Verian and Ipsos. This was an interesting dataset in that it included Rupert Lowe and was a "presidential" style poll, hence why I'm highlighting it.

@thelefttake It would be interesting to know the size of the poll and where and when it was taken by post code.

@MrHones06294961 Maybe you should familiarise yourself with the census given the fact that the reverse is true.
