Why LUNGES as conditioning? 👇 1. Time involved it takes less time with more results. @PatMcAfeeShow So not 3 sets of 12 but time & or distance as your main conditioning is the application. So start at 200-400 meters knee touch every rep no steps in between 2. Leg strength is your lifeline to longevity Once again 2 birds 1 stone approach @PeterAttiaMD 3. Connective tissue strength & balance My man Dose & Taj at Khango integrated lunges with some high level athletes. 4. Muscle endurance & lactic acid tolerance gets wildly better Ask WR @thelungeguy 5. When glutes are weak the lower back hurts when they are strong it doesn’t @MashElite saw this as a great compliment to the Bulgarian methods of squatting daily with a twist & had wild results. 6. I don’t know the exact science but when you train your legs like this your hormones always seem spiked up & I feel ultra jacked. My metabolism feels faster at 45 then 25 because of this stuff 7. Streaks of lunges because they are difficult always creates a different kinda confidence & momentum. You are choosing to do something difficult everyday @CameronHanes @davidgoggins @Michael_Easter Streaks of 400-800 meters create confidence & fear of breaking the streak creates urgency. 8. Habits run your life so when I adopted the lunge & learn format it transformed me. I lunged 400-800 meters while listening to audio books for the last 10+ years & my results are undeniable. I have a crazy amount of books I been thru. @JamesClear 9. You can literally do them anywhere anytime no matter what profession. @coachstorms @benknight38 10. I like the challenge of the 1st 12 days because you’re almost embarrassed how sore you get. The adaptation is wild tho which is where the sauce is.
