I bought a Magic Bullet many, many years ago but only recently started using it. It tends to leak fairly frequently, even though I tighten the blade as well as I can. I'd like to continue using it, but I don't seem to be able to get it to work well enough. @themagicbullet

@parimal28114865 I do apologize for the inconvenience. When you are under warranty you would just pay the shipping charge to receive the replacement instead of the full product price. The warranty covers the price of the replacement just not the shipping. Have a great day!

@themagicbullet I did call and they identified a problem and since it’s under warranty they can send me the motor but I have to pay shipping and taxes!? WTF when you know there’s a problem with your product why not send a replacement? Why do I have to pay shipping

@themagicbullet is this how it works or is my piece defective? Unable to blend avocado too 😨 it doesn’t blend at all. Bought the piece from @BestBuy a month ago

@themagicbullet Niagara Falls, CA. Purchased in Ottawa. I don't think we have the receipt anymore but it was brand new, put in storage for a year and then brought out recently and smoked on it's first use.
