First thing I’ve managed to eat & keep down since yesterday lunch 🤢 sad that I’ve spent 80% of my weekend in bed. HG is real & it’s tough.

Fresh, farm shop supplies for breakfast tomorrow morning. Fully embracing the days I don’t feel sick. Some days, I. Can’t. Stop. Eating. 😂😅😋

Snack plates in the sun ☀️ felt a little wobbly post work but this saved me. Sickness has improved but still feeling nauseous and super tired after a day of teaching. Anyway, had some lovely moments with my class today which made me smile 🥰

A bad morning with dizziness from low blood pressure but I’m determined to enjoy an evening in the garden eating some good food. Threw a salad together when I eventually managed to stand up. I adore this sunshine and hope it stays! Happy Saturday guys ☀️

Had a reallyyyyy good day sickness wise. Well, I still felt sick but I wasn’t actually sick. Great day at school with the children; we crammed so much in today. The children LOVED reading “Aliens Love Underpants” 📖 Sofa, dog cuddles, tea & TV catch up tonight.

The balance between trying not to be sick & eating well 🫠

My first trimester made me cry, have food aversions, made me SO sick & exhausted but I’ve felt so blessed at the same time. My school have also been unbelievably supportive so I feel very lucky. It can only get better!

Night flights are tough. I was so sick on landing🤢 the panic when I couldn’t get to a sick bag 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m shattered but hoping a roast dinner at the pub sorts me out. Can’t believe it’s school tomorrow….
