@themattmanners @VodafoneUK Hi Matt, no, it hasn't been resolved. I'm so glad I took screenshots of the cancellation confirmation, but #vodafone have yet to resolve it. It seems ridiculous to have to contact a company so many times to cancel something!

@VodafoneUK I contacted you to cancel a Disney subscription which was offered for free & then ended up not being free. It was confirmed that it was cancelled, & I would not be charged. So why have I just discovered that it is still active and I am being charged for it. #Vodafone

@MyHeritage They are cowboys, got charged 121 for an annual subscription and, after asking for a refund or cancellation I only was able to cancel the renewal, so even using the app for 1 month only I cancel the following months, be careful before you subscribe.

We’ve normalised constant extraction by these companies.
Prices are on the rise ever so quietly, trials fade, and yet we stay. Because canceling feels like loss. Because the next one feels different.
