@drewlevin @GreatScott2k16 Is players having multiple accounts a goal for Riot? Does riot track behavioral patterns on alt accounts? Do alt accounts have more behavioral incidents? Anecdotally it seems players on fresh account negatively impact my games more then the 10,000 game hard stuck player.

@GreatScott2k16 yeah team has been talking about that for a while, couple of ideas but would want it to solve the problem of skill evaluation really well or it’s just making smurfing easier in exchange for taking money, bad outcome for players

Yo real talk @drewlevin has there been any discussion with making the leveling experience for new accounts not so aids and boring? I like that we made champions a lot cheaper to buy but leveling a new account to play still feels aids, which I think contributes to account selling.

It’s so easy to soft INT cause you’ll never get punished 😂😂😂 When I play jungle, I can just perma farm the entire time and never gank even if my lanes are getting perma shoved in or never group as the top laner…. Like it’s so easy to do cause you’ll never never get punished for doing the most useless thing (as long as you aren’t dying)

I think people should be punished for abusing chat, and I believe Riot doesn't do enough to combat soft inters. These ideas aren't mutually exclusive. For the most part I play with chat off because of the community. Clearly there's so negative reinforcement here. But 1/2

A thought I had this morning: I encounter a decent amount of people trying to justify their negative chat behavior by saying that Riot doesn't sufficiently penalize soft inting, with the implication that their own use of chat is their only real recourse to getting inted.

A statistically significant number of my games, both wins and losses are because someone decided to lose on purpose. That's unacceptable at any elo. Some players just don't know how to behave on the ladder, and by permitting them to continue we are enabling it.

@drewlevin @wackaflcka1 Being filled was the worst thing in LoL forever, and we changed incentives and now people don't care if they are filled. We can't ban soft inting out of existence. We need to change incentives.

@drewlevin @wackaflcka1 The grade system exists already for champion performance. It's not perfect, but the system currently isn't working. I'm not sure why we can't tie LP gains to performance.
