One of the biggest errors i see most people make regarding “self improvement” is to ask those who are naturally good at the thing how to get good at them. People who are naturally good at stuff have no idea how to get better at them. They were born good at it. If you want good advice that might actually help you, you need to find people who had the same problem as you and then solved it.
