Liberal taxes on gas are the reason prices are so much higher in Canada than in the U.S.
Today, Carney Liberals offered a fraction of that back to overtaxed motorists, leaving almost two-thirds of federal gas taxes in place for two-thirds of this year.
Mark Carney is just another Liberal.
More taxes. More costs. More of the same.

Canada has the most potash, 3rd most freshwater, 4th most oil, 4th most Uranium, 5th most gold, 8th most nickel, and 10 of 12 NATO defined defence minerals.
But right now, Carney Liberals stand in the way.

@DammedGood @valdombre Fair point , the First Nations have their own policing therefore no need for RCMP to communicate in the many wonderful First Nations languages. You don’t go to Japan Italy France etc… and expect them to speak a third language . Canada is English and French only,
English

@themtlagent @valdombre I understand how you feel. I definitely think that on the job, French or English is all it should be, but if a 3rd language is needed, so be it. Whether it be Indigenous or whatever.
English

@valdombre I honestly don’t care that he is fluent in Punjabi, as long as he respects the people that he serves. Who would expect any more from a police officer?

@JeffreyLuscombe Ahhh yes wearing a Maple Leafs beenie says it all

@bruce_barrett @MarkJCarney Nonsense they will hike up taxes to bring down prices of homes. Bruce you’re thinking too intelligent, these are the liberals after all

This is the best part from Pierre Poilievre appearance on the Diary of a CEO podcast;
"Those who push a socialist ideology have a gross contradiction in their view of human nature.
They say that human beings are wretched, self-interested, greedy when they’re in the private voluntary economy, but they’re angels when they’re in the governmental economy.
They argue that the government should just control everything because then we have all these angels that will decide for us."

The private sector failed to prevent a housing crisis, failed to solve it and is now the crisis itself. Treating housing and land as a casino is a fool's gamble but the rich and politicians kept uppung the ante. What Canada needs instead is democratic planning for public housing.

Poilievre just gave clear, direct answers to media questions about cutting the gas tax to give Canadians relief at the pumps
Then CBC’s Janyce McGregor launches into classic “stream of consciousness” babble — rambling, confusing, and somehow always landing in favour of Mark Carney
"I think we all have tricks like that"
This isn’t journalism. It’s unprofessional, unserious, and deliberately muddying the waters. Her confusion creates confusion
