My PT gave me a 5 minute fitness test on it today, not full on sprints but as fast as I could maintain a good pace for 5 min. Legs nearly gave way after 🤦🏼‍♀️ but i’m proud I did a good pace & didn’t drop after so long out.

At Dublin airport very early this morning. Saw the teachers giving up part of their Easter holidays to take TY students to France and other countries. Their commitment and dedication is taken for granted.
