@IntuneSuppTeam @thenewnumber2 @MikeDanoski @thenewnumber2 have you taken the optional September quality update yet? I would recommend taking it and then trying again. Also please note, it should be OFF by default on commercial update managed devices for Win 11, 22H2. So you don't really need to disable outside of 23H2.

Hi @IntuneSuppTeam - any info on when the controls will be available in Intune to disable #WindowsCopilot? The CSP only supports insider builds. Would prefer something more official over a registry hack 🙏

@ariaupdated Thank you Aria. I think (for me) it was a combination of controls used on insider machines erroring on GA ones and new the controls for them not working. Add limited doco (some surfacing on the day) leading to panic that this non approved (for now) feature might hit our fleet.

Hi @IntuneSuppTeam Disabling #WindowsCopilot CSP confusion - doco has 2 different CSPs - 1 works only with insider (./User/Vendor/MSFT/WindowsAI/TurnOffWindowsCopilot) builds & the other fails 100% on everything (./User/Vendor/MSFT/Policy/Config/WindowsAI/TurnOffWindowsCopilot)

@scottbreen @IntuneSuppTeam @MikeDanoski I guess there’s just a lack of transparency with this new service causing nervousness with some admins I know (and myself) - and I just don’t want an accidental enablement of the service until we’re ready to launch.

@scottbreen @IntuneSuppTeam @MikeDanoski Thanks for this - the doco is still confusing as the doco states one OMA-URI and links to a page with the insider OMA-URI. Just really confused at this stage as one 100% doesn’t work and the insider one only works with insider builds.
