@Apple @AppleSupport Problem #9: The cancelled service request and aborted delivery was somehow delivered to a local shop. I was informed of this by a call from the Apple store Kingston that apologised profusely. They couldn't send details over email because emails take a couple of days to send (!)

Here's a little story about @Apple and @AppleSupport. My iPad mini's screen was cracked. It's under AppleCare. I checked online and it should cost £25. So i booked an appointment at the "genius bar" on my local apple store, London Kingston, and took it on the 6th of January
