@jb5804 @IMcMillan @OfficialBedale @Yorkshirefam I make up my own but it's basically a gennoiise sponge with custard and then you dot extra custard and caramelised rhubarb on the top. Retain the syrup from the rhubarb cooking and then once the cake is out of the oven pierce with a cocktail stick and drizzle with syrup.
