JPM takeaway - if you’re selling to providers this year, it may not be enough to save them money. your solution needs to actually make them money in year 1. this is the difference between provider companies blitzscaling right now and those that are flat or growing slowly

healthcare relies on a lot of purchasing decisions made in-person still, that's the reality I like amazon pharmacy because you can see insurance vs. cash pay at the point of purchase how do you bring a similar shopping interface to healthcare at the point-of-sale?

ONCE AGAIN: *THIS* is why I've been spending so much time tracking/analyzing the spread of #COVID19 in red vs. blue counties/states. It *shouldn't* be a partisan issue BUT TRUMP & THE GOP HAVE INSISTED ON MAKING IT SO, which means that public health POLICY is DIRECTLY IMPACTED.
