@OctopusEV Thanks for the response. I’ll DM the details, but this has been ongoing for a month and my husband is currently without a roadworthy vehicle or valid MOT.
This is quite urgent as he has no way to get to work — I’d appreciate this being prioritised.
Husband’s salary sacrifice car: 1 month delay, 2 cancelled windscreen appointments.
Now MOT expired, car not roadworthy, no courtesy car. £60/day doesn’t cover costs.

@wizzair I have made 2bookings of 9 people.I’ve added the check in luggage under the wrong person. I need that changed for my return flight. One of your customer service representatives done it for me for the first flight but when I’ve called again no one seems to know what to do
@wizzair That’s not the issue here . I’ve called your call centre 4 times paid £1.95 per minute to be put on hold for minutes because your staff is not fully trained! I need one bag to be moved from one person to another ! Bag that I paid through your website.
@theobucur If you bought your Wizz Air tickets from a third party, then they are your booking owner and receive all the notifications on your behalf. We always notify our passengers about any changes via email. In the future, we advise you to always book directly with us on our website.
