always show up. being everywhere gives you the chance to increase your luck surface area tenfold over the past 6-8mo months i’ve probably spent a minimum of $500 on bus tickets alone skipping school to travel out to Toronto, Waterloo, etc, and most ppl probably think im crazy for doing that lmao but it’s been worth every penny i’ve met some of the most talented and cool people i know and have gotten so many opportunities as well, and it gave me so many new perspectives that i otherwise wouldn’t have seen if i spent my time holed up in my uni the world’s a big place and there’s so much to see out there, so if you’ve been thinking of taking a step outside wherever brings you comfort, do it, it’ll pay off
