@burialhaven @xVouGod So by your logic, Obito, Shinra, Takamura Mamoru, Ichigo and Luffy all represent “the strongest” because they have the most combative capacity in their respective groups? This literally makes 0 sense. Being the strongest is a narrative trope not just physical prowess.

Not every “strongest” character needs a grand narrative to fit the trope. Do any of you understand writing? A character being the strongest in their group makes them the strongest by extension. There are over five “the strongest” characters in JJK, all following vastly different stories but each with their own validity—only one is the single strongest to ever live. Being the strongest does not mean you have to be THE strongest to ever live; it just means you are the strongest of what you represent. Code is the strongest; the narrative not backing him up is what makes him so bland. Sure, you can say he’s not meant to be the strongest, but that doesn’t change the fact that the plot makes him a representation of this trope—just not a very good one, which is fine since he doesn’t need to be. I just don’t like him.

@burialhaven @xVouGod Yeah he’s stronger than the vessel but that literally doesn’t prove anything. Currently, Code, Boruto, BM Naruto, Kawaki, Daemon, Jura and Isshiki are all stronger than Jigen so are they all the strongest? Here’s the statement btw, referring to Daemon and Eida.

@theonewaka @xVouGod He is still stronger than this vessel, the strongest of the Kara clan. He is still stronger than the threat that caused 4 MCs to come together, with one basically sacrificing himself to win. Daemon has never been stated to be stronger than Ishiki; no idea where that came from.

@burialhaven @xVouGod Jigen and Isshiki are not the same. Jigen is isshiki’s vessel and he was imperfect and dying because he couldn’t handle Isshiki’s power. All the sacrifices and shit happened to kill Isshiki not Jigen those two are different people

Jigen himself took down both adult Sasuke and Naruto, plus Boruto and Kawaki. He was a giant threat who triumphed over two whole generations, two generations' worth of pinnacles. It took Naruto sacrificing his strongest power, which he thought would be himself, to finally end Jigen. Jigen was hyped as “the strongest,” and Code was meant to take his spot, stated to be even stronger than Jigen. There is a literal panel saying that if Code ever went all out, he would take command from Jigen. He is supposed to be stronger than Jigen, but this plot fails and he goes nowhere.

Daemon is also stated to be stronger than Jigen so is daemon the strongest? He also created the shinju so yea
