Les chiffres : +7M€ en 2025, 15% de marge nette (plan d'amélioration à +40% ready to execute), croissance chaque année depuis 4 ans. Suite à une croissance explosive en Q4 2025, on fait face à un gap de cashflow temporaire aujourd'hui résolu opérationnellement. Il ne manque plus qu'une injection de fonds pour remettre le business à pleine capacité. La marque est solide et profitable depuis bientôt 4 ans. On cherche un financement ou un acheteur.
