They drive him to Alex, tie him up and clean out his bank accounts!!!!! Your trusted Uber says they can’t do anything. They say it’s a dead end. Yeah the dead part is us!!!!!!

Great thread as usual! Many of us still ignore red flags during the start of a new relationship, because of... 1- Desire to please: avoid conflict early on 2- Strong emotions: infatuation/excitement clouds judgment 3- Wishful thinking: things will work out! 4- Lack of experience: don't know what's normal or healthy 5- Rationalization: make excuses/attribute behavior to external factors Making a spreadsheet score of red flags (in case you need them later) may allow you to be more objective or at least give you some encouragement that you're making the right decision for yourself later on should you need to break things off! 👀
