This is my dad. WWII infantryman in the 31st Division — stationed in the Philippines and New Guinea. He was wounded in the chest and spent 32 days in hospital. He also lost all hearing in his left ear and contracted Yellow Fever and Malaria during his time overseas. He’s still my number one hero. To all our Veterans, past and present, thank you for your service and sacrifice. 🥰

Democracy is literally dying in America unless Democrats can draw congressional districts based on race, count illegal aliens in the census, and end requirements to show an ID to vote.

A handful of my close friends left WA during and around COVID lockdowns. None of them have expressed regret. I am seeing a second wave of friends planning and packing. If you can make the change, do it and don’t look back. WA State is a political lost cause. My family will join the exit as soon as feasibility possible. Wishing you joy in your new adventure.

@KIRO7Seattle It's all solved. Katie will be imposing a "Vacancy Tax." You better rent your buildings, or else! Pay another tax. But then, Katie is just another example of fake, mail-in ballots in Seattle. WA state. Who is controlling Katie. Born and raised, here. Sad to leave.

“The weapon that has done the most for the conquest of Europe, for its colonization by Africa, for its Islamization, for the destruction of Europeans in Europe, for genocide by substitution, more than family reunification, more than widespread nocence, more than the migratory submersion itself, is the accusation of racism. It has paralyzed three hundred million people and made them accept the unacceptable, the worst that could happen to them: their own annihilation, their erasure as a civilization.” [March 25, 2019]

The day the Affordable Care Act passed was one of my proudest moments as president, because it meant that millions of Americans would have access to health care, some for the first time. The ACA also prevented insurance companies from denying people with pre-existing conditions coverage, allowed young people under the age of 26 to remain on their parents’ plan, expanded Medicaid, and so much more. But the ACA was always meant to be a first step. We still have to do more to expand access and make health care more affordable for everyone.

@PNWConservative …and Schultz will pack his Progressive Ideology straight to Florida, where he will use his wealth to push for the same Leftist Policies he’s leaving behind in WA State. He’s doing the Devil’s work.

I believe Schultz made the best decision for his family/fortune he built. I’d do the same. But what chaps my ass is that he championed the “progressive” policies that paved the way for this illegal tax… and once it hit…. He leaves… Another Dishonorable virtue signaler.

I moved to Seattle 4 years ago. I’ve lived in Texas, Utah, and Virginia. This is by far my favorite place to live, and since I make less than a million dollars and buy hygiene products, I’ll actually be paying less taxes soon. I agree Seattle weather is not for everyone, and the high skilled workforce in tech has caused a wage disparity and high cost of living. Fortunately Washington is making moves to help the middle class. We should be striving to make the state affordable for the average American, not a tax haven for the mega wealthy.

I’m from Washington state. It’s a shithole where I am from. It’s just like the rust belt or Appalachia. It’s a bunch of old machinist jobs kept afloat by Boeing contracts. But Boeing started leaving. And the old machinists couldn’t find work and started abusing opioids. Pills first. Then H. Now fent. In my high school, ten kids died in 4 years. All drugs. More died in car crashes. I think it’s worse than Appalachia- Because at least shit in Appalachia is cheap. For some reason Washington is expensive. Look up the housing prices sometime. 50 minutes outside of Seattle, a 1960s townhouse costs you 600k. It’s the worst state in the country to live in. Horrible weather. Extremely expensive. And now you get taxes too. I left when I turned 18. It was cheaper for me to move to LA than stay. People talk shit on California, but at least the wages match the cost. And you get the weather. And a diverse job market. And the homeless problem is BETTER HERE. Somehow Washington low rolled every single thing on the board. Best of luck, I love the summers though.
Governor Bob Ferguson@GovBobFerguson

The Millionaires’ Tax passed by the House represents historic progress in rebalancing our unfair system. It sends significant dollars back to Washington families and small businesses. It expands the Working Families Tax Credit to 460,000 additional households – that’s money straight back into the pockets of working families. It saves working parents money and ensures our kids are prepared to learn by funding free breakfast and lunch for all Washington K-12 students, which has been a priority of mine since I ran for governor. The Millionaires’ Tax will apply to less than one half of one percent of Washingtonians, but make life more affordable for millions. I look forward to signing it.

This is what the tactical operations center looked like in Kuwait. You can see the T-walls around it but there's no protection from above, especially if C-RAM or C-UAS system doesn't stop incoming. Strike appeared to be dead-center from above I'm told. cbsnews.com/news/iran-stri…
