@Gaynes @Smarter_Support Yeah they tried to help me initially then stopped responding. My kettle is stuck in a firmware upgrade loop. Basically I think they were trying to force me to upgrade.

@therandomagency @Smarter_Support They worked with me on it before and it was great. I basically beta tested the app. They already answered and are working on it so we will see.

@Smarter_Support the app is not working. It keeps resetting to 40 minutes and weak. It also keeps jumping to 4 cups. I have to work at home now. I need my coffee to stay hot for 120 minutes and be strong. This worked great before. PLEASE FIX THE APP.
