Saw a video of a nurse who bought a laundromat. Paid $300,000 for it, took 100% of profits for a year to pay off the loan. Now makes $4-6k a week from it working 10-15 hours a week & was able to retire from nursing career. Why aren’t more people doing this!?

Let me explain California to you. Everyone shares pictures like this - look how beautiful, worth the taxes! Look closer. Nobody on the beach. You know why? Because the beach sucks. Pretty in a picture. But the reality is that it's windy, wavy, cold, dark, rocky and just shit. And that's up and down the coast - and it's most of the pictures you see shared. Pretty landscape... But treacherous conditions. And that's basically California in a nutshell. Good for a quick visit because it's pretty - but not actually better than Florida.
