i don't think i ever gave a formal intro. hi, i'm deepali! 👋🏻 former architect turned entrepreneur and growth consultant. took me 28 years to find my path🧵 2018: graduated as an architect, joined @studiolotus_in 2020: quit my full-time job with no plan B (won't recommend for the faint hearted lol) 2021: explored -- learnt how to draw comics and documented my journey on IG (yep, i draw comics. haha don't believe? checkout deepali.draws) 2022: became head of operations at an (art based) ed-tech startup 2022: self-taught business fundamentals - achieved 3X revenue growth in 9 months, got a 100% raise💲 2023: got a fancy role at another company - realised the 'need' to work for myself 2023: started helping early stage businesses with growth - got into a bad partnership (learnt a lot tho) currently -- i'm on a soul satisfying journey building my food-tech startup 'homa' and paying 💵 with my consulting biz. long way to go.. but i'm here for the ride 😉

If hypothetically I can do a freelance project for 3 months at 200$ per day, should I take it? After job body feels tired, but it's not about being tired. I want to work on side projects so one day I'm not selling my time for money, that means it's more passive. Freelance is basically more money yet still selling my time, so more of a conflict with mindset. But like even harkirat did multiple contracts at once but now doing passive income with his content, so could be a stepping stone.
