Link Funding for BC Universities to Upholding the rights of their Jewish student body and all other religious groups acting peacefully. Require universities to enforce their code of conduct to protect students from bigotry and physical threats. 3. Immediately approve charges against Charlotte Kates and Samidoun as recommended by the Vancouver Police Department. Additionally, instruct the Attorney General to investigate other groups who have been actively partnering with Samidoun. 4.
