@AmericanAir How come you can change my flight by 3 hours from arriving at 10 pm to 1 am the next day, and tell me there's nothing I can do about changing my flight? I'm pregnant and live 4 hours from the airport and was hoping to switch to the closer airport. This is so sad.

@myomnipod I understand you only offer a canned response but I can’t imagine @myomnipod didn’t project such sales to board members and others so the exec team should have prepared for an uptick in support calls with an increase in sales. For a life saving tool there shouldn’t be an excuse

@myomnipod I’m officially on hold for over an hour. I’ve been the biggest fan of your product / support but when it comes to health these wait times are truly unacceptable. If we don’t have pods to give us insulin, we can die. If there’s more product demand, scale support

@myomnipod every business needs to project sales for the year and with the release of the Omnipod 5 you had to have projected increased sales. Therefore you should have projected headcount for support. It’s been a month of poor support there’s no excuse for this.

One hour 45 min and still no answer…. Come on!!! This is before I have to answer the same questions I always do and spend another 30 min with a rep whenever that is… but I have no choice but to wait because my life depends on it. At a human level this is wrong.
