@JeebusMcGeee Correct, there are things like safejumps that make it so you can start pressure without worrying about DP, but this gets countered pretty easily bc of defensive mechanics like IBFD. Running normal offense is really risky if you dont wanna keep eating DPs to the face

Non-striver with a question. What makes strive dps so uniquely powerful that this person is saying should universally have 11f startup, be throwable and provide no oki. I would understand if you could still DPRC, but they got rid of that right? Does Oki just suck?

Idk if this is a hot take but I think DPs in strive need another universal nerf. They're still too matchup defining and the difference between having a DP and not is more night and day than it has any right to be. I'd like to see No DP oki Throwable DPs 11F start up on all DPs
