Got a flight out of JFK at 10PM via #QatarAirways. Due to unforeseen circumstances, ended up at the check in counter at 9:02PM. Was turned away because check-in supposedly ends 1hr before takeoff. There is absolutely no mention of this hard deadline anywhere on my ticket. Absurd.
