@IndiGo6E please confirm whether @DGCAIndia's 48-hour free lookup applies to bookings via authorised travel agents, which are their appointed representatives. Because I was told over call center that it applies but my agent was told it doesn't.

@DLink_India the user handover from R15 to M15 over wired backhaul is dysfunctional. I could be standing next to the M15 satellite and the router is transmitting over WiFi5 but refuses to handover. Also, I am constrained by the poor range of the M15 satellites.

@airasia @DGCAIndia @getscapia @airasia has the most useless chatbot (#Bo), no escalation matrix or grievance redressal mechanism, human-in-the-loop or offline Indian presence. I had no option to file for refund under Indian rules. This airline should be banned @DGCAIndia
