Fuck me @easyJet you gave me a problem I got scammed out of £400 thanks to your systems& now @HSBC_UK you have kept me on hold 4 thirty eight minutes after answering my call and then transferring me to fraud just to wait for a representative to answer and say sorry we are closed

@paddypower again going the extra mile. They once sent me a replica of the Paddy Power Cheltenham Plate to put on display in @LegendsAlcudia alongside our full size replica football trophies. Know I’m pushing my luck here but a dartboard and World Darts Trophy would b great 2 😉

@easyjthelp Are you serious? It was a reply like this that got me scammed out of another £400. Your sites are being monitored by scam artists. As soon as someone tags you they jump on it

@easyJet @easyJetholidays again on hold being told that online chat is the best way forward. I disagree. Can’t talk to a human being? Shocking service. Because of this system someone is tracking these tweets and then contacting people like me pretending to be you and scamming us

@DeskChatpage Matt please be careful here. I had something similar happen to me and someone is hijacking easyJet tweet complaints and I ended up losing an extra £400 . My own stupidity but I genuinely thought I was chatting to easyJet.

@HSBC_UK You’re joking aren’t you? I’ve been caught out once like this. I spoke to someone last night from HSBC and then after they put me through to fraud I waited on hold for 25 minutes just to get someone come in at 8pm and say sorry we are closed call back tomorrow

Thanks yo someone hijacking my tweet and reply to @easyJet after I waited 30 minutes to talk on phone and 35 minutes on chat, I have now been scammed out of another £400 . So thanks to your crap systems I am now £600 out of picket in total .
