@thekyledeck @CharlotteFC There ticket sales guy told me, it creates a better vibe with the lower bowl only open. It may be true but if they opened the upper bowl for cheap when the lower bowl is at a certain capacity it would be an even better vibe. Plus more money for the fat cats.
