@SmythsToysUK what’s the point of an online stock system that says what is in stock - if it doesn’t work? Today I drove a 1/2 hour to find the item wasn’t (as the site said) in stock. 12 hours later it STILL saying it’s in stock. I’ll just buy it off Amazon. Thanks.

@DavidSevern7 At a time when services are at risk, council tax is likely to rise, public areas are doomed etc … I hardly think the Xmas decks are really an issue. And if - in all this - all you’re worried about is being affected by the lack of twinkly lights - then you’re in a lucky position

67 days to Christmas. As Woking council is bankrupt I'm wondering if there will be any decorations this year. Mind you, last year's decorations were not very good.

An over-investment in the town centre, over-reliance on commercial income to make repayments - both voted through cross party. And poor financial record keeping - figures presented to Councillors were not accurate
