Vehicle is pulled over for lack of insurance.
As Steven Mason gets out of the vehicle his gun falls to the ground; struggle ensues.
Mr. Mason shoots at the officer 3 times - vest stopped 2. Officer has since recovered from the wound.
Mr. Mason is then shot.
Avoid struggling with a cop for a gun accordingly....
