@holidayinn how is it possible that HI downtown Toronto has a planned water outage tonight beginning at 9pm and you didn’t inform guests who had reservations for months? No toilets, no showers, no scheduled time for water back on. Remember the #poopcruise?? This is unacceptable.

@HolidayInn At 9 PM yesterday the hotel staff said it would be a few hours and everything would be running in the morning. They also said this was being done by the city and they had no control over it. However, all of the notifications they posted in the hotel, say that the hotel itself…

@HolidayInn 49892665. 3 nights. It’s 7 AM and there is still no water. Nobody was able to shower last night. Nobody is able to brush their teeth or use the toilets this morning. I will expect a full refund for my reservation. There must be thousands of people in this hotel.

@AirCanada we've had a flight cancelled because of your strike on 08/18. You reimbursed the flight but now I was trying to open a claim for compensation for the out of pocket expenses we had to pay. Unfortunately your system say that I'm not eligible for that. What can I do?

@AirCanada when I enter my case # to get an update on the status of a submitted query (reimbursement for expenses) the system tells me it’s an invalid case #. Who can I call, where can I go to get an update. Your website is not helpful at all in directing customers to live agents
