Here are some of my favorite ideas to live and work by principles that have helped me in every stage of my career: 1. Markets don’t dictate your outcome, they dictate your strategy. ➡️ Control what you can. Adapt fast. Execute faster. 2. Brand is the new product. Authenticity is the new advertising. ➡️ People buy you before they buy anything you're selling. 3. You don’t need permission to start. ➡️ I launched SERHANT. in 2020, during a global shutdown. There’s never a perfect time, only bold decisions. 4. Energy is everything. ➡️ Big Money Energy isn’t about money, it’s about confidence, consistency, and the commitment to show up at 100% every day. 5. Take care of the work, and the work will take care of you. ➡️ Grind in silence. Let your execution make the noise. 6. You weren’t born with your superpower... you build it. ➡️ The thing you used to hide? That’s probably the thing that will make you unstoppable. 7. Legacy isn't about being liked. It's about being remembered. ➡️ Play for the long game. Make an impact that outlives your presence. These aren’t just quotes. They’re battle-tested truths that built my career. What’s one principle you live by that’s changed your game? 👇 Drop it in the comments- we all want to read them!

A couple reflections on the quantum computing breakthrough we just announced... Most of us grew up learning there are three main types of matter that matter: solid, liquid, and gas. Today, that changed. After a nearly 20 year pursuit, we’ve created an entirely new state of matter, unlocked by a new class of materials, topoconductors, that enable a fundamental leap in computing. It powers Majorana 1, the first quantum processing unit built on a topological core. We believe this breakthrough will allow us to create a truly meaningful quantum computer not in decades, as some have predicted, but in years. The qubits created with topoconductors are faster, more reliable, and smaller. They are 1/100th of a millimeter, meaning we now have a clear path to a million-qubit processor. Imagine a chip that can fit in the palm of your hand yet is capable of solving problems that even all the computers on Earth today combined could not! Sometimes researchers have to work on things for decades to make progress possible. It takes patience and persistence to have big impact in the world. And I am glad we get the opportunity to do just that at Microsoft. This is our focus: When productivity rises, economies grow faster, benefiting every sector and every corner of the globe. It’s not about hyping tech; it’s about building technology that truly serves the world.

Beyond beyond. People just not seeing the bigger picture yet — tech is way way beyond what you see and hear out there. AGI in under 100 days. ASI in under 2yrs. Total technical and economic recreation happening in the next 2-5yrs of your life will be way outside your imagination. What to do? Get healthy, learn to add value, communicate well, and lead others. Mastering your mind, emotions and health, and creating great friendships, families, quests and fellowship are the only autonomous games left in the future. It’s about to get wild friends.

Yes! I promise you—do your own creative work to the max. Use AI sparingly if you want real artistry, especially in writing. A few quotes: Tchaikovsky (“A self-respecting artist must not fold his hands on the pretext that he is not in the mood.”) novelist Isabel Allende (“Show up, show up, show up, and after a while the muse shows up, too.”) painter Chuck Close (Inspiration is for amateurs — the rest of us just show up and get to work.”) author E.B. White (“A writer who waits for ideal conditions under which to work will die without putting a word on paper.”) Victorian novelist Anthony Trollope (“My belief of book writing is much the same as my belief as to shoemaking. The man who will work the hardest at it, and will work with the most honest purpose, will work the best.”) designer Massimo Vignelli (“There is no design without discipline.”).

I’m not kidding: those who delegate all their writing, thinking and creative expression to machines are going to wake up one day and discover that they can no longer write or think. You need to make your own art. You need to keep your brain working. You need to stay human.
