If misinformation is the problem, education is the solution. At the THF, we teach students how to question what they see online, understand marketing tactics, and seek credible, evidence-based information before making decisions about supplements or performance enhancers.

The biggest influence on teens today isn’t one person. It’s social media. Young people are being exposed to powerful substances through 30-second videos and trending hashtags. Misinformation spreads fast. Consequences last longer. #SupplementSafety #SocialMedia
