I am aware of the disturbing incident targeting worshippers during Friday prayers outside the Baitul Mamur Mosque in Brooklyn, where a man praying was struck with an egg. 

That hateful act is unacceptable and an affront to the values that define us as New Yorkers. 

My administration is committed to rooting out anti-Muslim hate in all its forms and ensuring every New Yorker can live and worship in safety and dignity. The NYPD Hate Crime Task Force is investigating this incident.

My son just aged out of my health insurance. Two choices for him. Pay over $1,400 a month for COBRA or Pay over $400 a month on the Health Marketplace, which is actually the least expensive plan there. Apparently, I'm going to be paying for his cell phone forever to help him out. The system is not set up to help young adults succeed. Housing unaffordable. School is unaffordable and Healthcare unaffordable and you have the guy in the White House more concerned about gold for his ballroom and blue paint for the reflecting pool. #DemsUnited

you could literally - put $100k in a bank paying 8% interest - live off the $5,000/month interest payment why is no one doing this?

I’m a boomer. I had roommates. I haven’t bought a new car in 26 years. My newest car is 18 years old. I bought it used. My truck is 23 years old. I maintain them myself. Both look and drive like new. I regularly check for better insurance rates. I make my coffee at home. I buy groceries that are on sale. Nearly everything I buy is on sale. Not because I don’t have money but because I earned what I have and don’t want to waste it. I also went to college during the day while working nights. I worked more OT than I can count. I did every dirty job my employer needed done. I saved and invested my money. This generation doesn’t have it any harder than the previous generations, they’re just whining little bitches. Get over it.

@2MisDAD @jeremyct There was a time I had to lease a little 2x4 truck no power locks, windows, etc. I hated the color. The size the trim. But it’s what I could afford. Sometimes you eat a shit sandwich because that’s life!
