Idk what your SaaS is or business model, but incase this helps. What we did in our business is stopped all free trials, free plans and monthly subscriptions because It attracted the wrong people. We pivoted to a high-ticket model which is basically our yearly tier if we had one. This only worked because our offer would literally make them money.

Have been using @coolifyio for my projects and honestly its one of the best self-hosting platforms out there! Just a quick one for nextjs devs. If you're currently hosting on coolify your env's are handled differently now. So your builds will fail, just make sure you mention ARG and ENV in your Dockerfile.
