Most police killed in the line of duty are shot and mostly with long guns, as the public is reminded once again with this @CTVNews report on the March 2023 murder of two Edmonton police officers. The non-restricted (now prohibited) long gun was domestically sourced, having been initially purchased from a legal store in south Edmonton.
