NATO: The US doesn’t necessarily need to formally exit NATO but it should shutter its bases and bring all 100,000 troops home from Europe. The EU should enlist the thousands of military age Islamic men to defend the continent.

The riddle I’ll never be able to solve: How did the UK, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Canada and Australia collectively decide that confronting the world’s biggest state sponsor of terrorism, soon-to-be nuclear Ayatollah, sitting astride the global energy chokepoint, is simply “not their war”? How did the memory, experience, philosophy and logic of a millennium of Western civilisation simply vanish? Is TDS really that deadly a mental disease? Can anyone help decipher this puzzle?

Daniel Craig is the best James Bond ever. Enough time has passed. Sean Connery is second, but don’t get too nostalgic: all of Craig’s Bond films were hits, some more than others, but Craig never made a bad Bond film. That includes Skyfall- the best James Bond film ever made.

@TArchcast It’s a real modern problem. They’ve got so much dynamic range on the cameras sensor, but they’re all just living in this tiny bunched up area that just makes everything feel so muddy.
