Israeli airstrike massacred 6 civilians in Zebdine, Nabatieh, according to a local source.

Some wounded individuals have been waiting beneath the rubble in the village of Majdal Zoun since yesterday. Their moans can be clearly heard. No one has moved to rescue them out of fear that “Israel” might repeat the crime it committed against the Lebanese Civil Defence volunteers in the same town the day before. “Israel” is not allowing them to be evacuated. The Lebanese Army attempted to reach the village, but the Lebanese authorities received a threat that any army convoy would be bombed. Joseph Aoun seemingly cannot pressure his “friend” Donald Trump, whose ambassador oversees the Mechanism & could therefore impose on “Israel” to allow aid to be sent in.

Human Rights Watch (HRW) has formally called on the Lebanese government to accede to the Rome Statute and grant the International Criminal Court (ICC) immediate authority to investigate crimes committed by Israel on Lebanese soil since October 2023. The demand follows the targeted killing of Al-Akhbar journalist Amal Khalil by Israeli forces on Wednesday. HRW is pushing for an ICC-backed probe to ensure accountability for a pattern of attacks on the press.
