Ambidextrous, fast, unpredictable, good ball striking. He was so good that Barca paid 100+ million as a teenager. Now, he took the next step mentally, he always had bad attitude and he sorted that out thanks to experience. He never became a different player he just improved on certain part of the game. Tel doesn't have anything to improve in terms of mentality so what do you see him improving so much?

Mathys Tel is the prime example of why people overestimate potential in players. Only because someone is 19 y/o doesn't mean he will improve in EVERY aspect of the game. Fifa and FM fried people brains. Being young is a positive because with experience, you can mature and be stronger in certain situations, especially mentally. If you're a slow teenager you will not become a fast player in the future. If you're football IQ is low you won't become an high IQ player. If you lack agility you will lack that for all your career. At a certain age (19/20) you will keep your charateristics as a player all your career. You can polish something, improve on other things but you will never become a completely different player than what you are.
