@bunnycyclops Also this is a map of china's rail system. The western half has virtually no railways. Their trains are slightly cheaper, but long distances still cost around 50-200 dollars. They're not actually doing much better than the US 😭

@bunnycyclops There's a chance if enough ppl got together and demanded it that it would happen, but again, it would be EXTREMELY expensive, and most areas wouldn't generate enough profit to make it worth it. That's why we don't have affordable rails in the US. It's not an excuse, it's a fact

A veteran and an abuse victim can both say "I have ptsd" and it be factually true. A skinny person and a fat person can't both say "I'm fat" and it be true for both
