A communist neighbour asked me to tweet this. This video is from 2016, when TMC workers vandalised a CPI(M) office in Asansol after winning the election. Yesterday, 10 years later, TMC offices in Asansol were vandalised by locals. My communist neighbour is happy.

मुसलमानों को समझना चाहिए… पश्चिम बंगाल में लगभग 32% मुसलमान है।सरकार बनाने के लिए बहुत थोड़े से वोट की जरूरत पड़ती थी जो कि ममता बनर्जी को आसानी से मिल जाती थी और वो 15 साल से सरकार बना रही थी। मुसलमानों ने हर बार की तरह ममता बनर्जी को वोट किया लेकिन इस बार दूसरा वोट नहीं मिल पाया नतीजा इस बार ममता बनर्जी सरकार से चली गई। अब 8 महीने बाद उत्तर प्रदेश में चुनाव है।उत्तर प्रदेश में लगभग 20% मुसलमान है जो एक तरफा समाजवादी पार्टी को वोट देता आया है।लेकिन कोई दूसरा वोट ना मिलने की वजह से बार बार सरकार बनाने से बहुत दूर रह जाती है। यही बात मुसलमानों को समझाना है कि जब तक मुसलमान के साथ दलित नहीं मिलेगा तब तक BJP सरकार बनाती रहेगी। इसलिए मुसलमान को अब मज़बूती से भाई चंद्रशेखर आज़ाद के दामन को थाम लेना चाहिए। यही वो दामन है जिस पर मुसलमान और दलित भरोसा कर सकता है। इस BJP के दौर में मुसलमानों के लिए हमने और भाई चंद्रशेखर आज़ाद ने मुकदमे भी खाये और जैल भी काटी है।और क्या चाहिए मुसलमान को,वो लड़ने वाला नेता ही तो पसंद करता है। भाई चंद्रशेखर आज़ाद से ज़्यादा लड़ने वाला नेता इस वक्त कोई और हो तो बताओ। 20%मुसलमान + 20% दलित = BJP सत्ता से बाहर। इस बात को मुसलमान जितनी जल्दी समझ ले उतना बेहतर है। Aazad Samaj Party - Kanshi Ram

14 July, 2023 I was in Bengal’s Panchla after Panchayat elections. I was headed to a victim’s house where a crude bomb was hurled. Within minutes, when the local TMC workers got a whiff of this, they surrounded me. 200 odd villagers. Snatched my mic and phone. The cameraman, a local freelancer, fled the scene. I stood there, frozen, while they heckled me, abused me, asked who had sent me. After an hour, I was rescued by local police and a company of MP Police that was stationed there. Police indirectly intimidated me, that I shouldn't venture into areas without informing the cops. That's why no cases were registered. No testimonies. No proof. Just countless victims silenced.
