@RajBhardwajMD But they don’t let seriously ill or badly injured children wait for 12 hours. It’s not FIFO. Go to urgent care for small injuries and just to get checked out if something doesn’t seem right. They will call an ambulance if your kid needs the hospital.

@thisandthat09 Whitby has such a vast variety. Brooklin thinks they are better than everywhere. Port of Whitby thinks they are Oakville and central Whitby is just getting old … but it did have 98 sales of detached homes in August. Double what we had in Pickering 😉

Detached home sales in Durham Region went from 490 to 542 in August and Av Sp went from $977,364 to $1,012,181 🧐. I wonder how many of these sales were relists from Feb and March deals that didn’t close .

@nasmadotali 2nd agent also was not that good. Always looking at the sellers interest and asking us to bid higher.all his number always proved wrong, the current house I bought is all my hardwork, he just opened the door of the house..

In the last 10 weeks majority of sidelined buyers didn't decrease their original budgets they increased their expectations. TH/Semi buyers -> Started looking at detached Detached -> Started looking at bigger detached Situation now: budgets are getting haircuts.
