Yes, we built a phone farm (and its pretty sick). At first, it was to tackle the first evolution of ai on socials: replacing human creators with ai, mainly used for marketing. Many businesses use us for that today. But the device infra gave us ability to run every possible test with our general-use agents. A couple of weeks ago, we gave the agents access to dm. The AI creator was dm-ing viewers based on their comments. “Sorry to hear you’re experiencing x, you should try y.” AND IT WORKED. This was for an ecommerce brand - out of 130 dms sent, 15 pointed to a conversion. From a former ecom guy’s lens this is insane. But from someone that has seen hundreds of wearable and chatbot billboards in sf, this is even more CRAZY. This is the only way to make REAL social agents. If you’re going to have an “ai friend,” instead of picking a new interface (necklace, glasses, text message), it should be in the interface we ALREADY use today. Today, social media is humanity's primary interface. We don't randomly whatsapp people out the blue, we reply to instagram stories, reminding us they exist. Social agents should be the same. Every AI SF company is obsessed with how much context they have on you but completely ignore what context you have on them. Our AI counterparts must already be relevant, already part of the conversation. Not strangers or tools, rather, residents among us. Disney's most valuable asset is character IP. Why doesn't Simba from The Lion King have an instagram account where he posts, engages in comments and gets added to group chats? That's the future of social agents. And yes, to test this (profitably) we built a vc-backed phone farm. You should try it :)

Still can't believe that there is now an a16z-funded phone-farm startup. This was always just black hat world marketing..

@my_nm_is_jns @Hetzner_Online Hard to believe that the Israeli army has no capability to identify the terrorists and the civilians are just “casualties”. You have demonstrated many times that you have access to every phone, every conversation, every camera.

Unclear to me what “eradicate” means here. Killing the civ pop is obviously not a goal being pursued. The evacuation of civs is desired, primarily for the sake achieving military objectives w/out killing civs. But no one will take them in. So, given the circumstances, how do you propose we eliminate Hamas w/out incidentally killing civs?

The conflict is rather vast and this isn’t a practical approach. A couple thoughts though: 1. I’ve found the popular AI chatbots to be good at illuminating a variety of perspectives. 2. This is a religious war. Islamic world has felt humiliated they were bested by a minority they’ve dominated for 14 centuries, especially the puny Jew. The West fundamentally misunderstands the conflict. The Palestinian Arabs have been used as pawns by both the Arab world and the Western world, including anti-Israel activists. Y’all are making this so much harder than it needs to be.

@my_nm_is_jns @Hetzner_Online I have never found anyone that: - calmly explained me your view from his own point of view - is able to also put themselves on the other side If you want to take them time to explain it to me I’d be extremely grateful.

@thisisambros @Hetzner_Online Yeah. Scrutinize the narrative that we’re committing genocide. Take seriously our claims that we’re defending ourselves. Get to know us before you condemn us.

Someone extracted the Tencent's SRPO into LORAS. Pair with Flux DEV (krea?) to test. Link in first comment below

feels like every software sales convo is pre-empted with "how is this different from chatgpt?" and "why should this be more than $20/month" these days. makes finding & maintaining product differentiation exhausting for many founders right now. just means there are a limited set of paths to separate yourself from general purpose LLMs now: 1) go vertical & map to a multi-step process that generalized models will never want to compete with (@harvey) 2) do the unsexy, grueling work that enables frontier labs, but they'll never do (@scale_AI) 3) build picks & shovels that lay the foundation for a post-AI economy (@nvidia) 4) embrace being a commodity & win on brand and marketing chops (@airtable) 5) deeptech that integrates specialized hardware & software (@zipline)

i’ve been using VEO3 to pump out ads for digital products in under 5 minutes and turn any product into viral-ready content without a big budget these ads are perfect for info, digital products, and ecom the workflow is simple: - drop in your script or hook - let veo3 generate scenes - tweak the angles and tone - then export a stack of ready-to-run variations each ad looks like something you’d actually see on your fyp… except it’s built to sell your product like, rt + reply with 'CONTENT' and i'll send you my prompt template that i use to make my own ads go viral every single time
