A good chunk of the people participating in events like Hyrox are doing it for labels and photographs. It is their money, time and right. No two ways. However, 9K is a lot of money for an event. I don't know why people want to pay so much and take 2:20 hrs to finish it.

How many of you did not break any of the HYROX rules, while the judge was not watching or probably lenient? 😁 Examples would be - 1. Sand bag lunges - not touching the knee to the ground 2. Wall Balls - Not going down enough to release the ball on all 100 occasions...etc!

Mumbai doesn’t have many CBSE schools, and the reason is surprisingly simple but serious. CBSE requires schools to have a minimum land area of around 4,000 sq. meters (~ 43,000 sq. ft.), including a proper playground for overall development. In a city like Mumbai, where land is extremely expensive, it becomes very hard for schools to afford that kind of space and still run sustainably. But this creates a much bigger problem. Many schools end up operating without proper playgrounds. And if schools don’t have space to play, where exactly are kids supposed to go? At home, they’re already spending more time on phones. Step outside, and there are barely any walkable, open spaces left. If schools also remove that physical outlet, it directly impacts a child’s growth. This is the age when the body develops, when movement matters, when habits are formed. Take that away, and you’re not just limiting play, you’re affecting long-term health.

@komal_42 We don't blink when someone spends big on a hobby they love, like rare spirits or travel. Why is fitness different? If HYROX is their "Blue Label," then ₹9k is a small price for a memory that lasts longer than a bottle.

People who have most to say about marathon, 10k races, HYROX, CrossFit, etc are miserable people who hate on everything simply because it’s not their thing Don’t give in to their cynicism& old person attitude. Pls. Just do whatever the hell u want and have fun
