Our favourite initiatives so far:  -$140 a month on internet + phone subsidies  -Snack budgets and social committees - 2K annual learning budget -2 mental health days offline + 4 day work weeks this summer - No internal meetings on Fridays - Biweekly meditation + 1:1 coaching
