@ahoosfan CLJA administrative claims were required to be filed by August 10, 2024, with the Department of the Navy’s Judge Advocate General (Tort Claims Unit). Is this what you are trying to file?

Our troops put everything on the line for this country. As a veteran, I know we have a responsibility to care for those who served long after the mission ends. In Congress, I’ll fight to cut through the bureaucracy, improve care for our veterans, and make sure those who wore the uniform get the support they need. NC-01 veterans need a fighter in Congress, not another politician making empty promises. I’m running to be YOUR voice.

@RepDonDavis the CLJA is an administrative first statute. 99% of all claims should be paid there. More courts won’t help. Support our Marines by researching the real problem. White paper exposing the truth drops tomorrow. DM for early release.
