@MapleLeaves34 Further proof he failed so hard in Toronto. No one doubted skill. Inability to perform in big games when he went invisible year after year will never be forgotten in Toronto. Should have been traded 3 years sooner. Said it repeatedly

Good for Mitch Marner. He proved he couldn't handle the pressure in Toronto. Any success he has in Vegas doesn't take away the fact he had 9 years to produce for the Leafs and failed to do so.

@Leafslatest Berube gets to come back because he was a good soldier and was told to tank the season once it was off the rails. He did it. Probably hated it. So he gets a year to coach again. Thats how back room deals happen. No one can prove it actually happened.

Craig Berube is likely to return as head coach of the Maple Leafs next season. The meeting that took place this past weekend between him and Leafs GM John Chayka was an audit of this team, player by player, and Berube’s view of where they should be moving forward. If they can schedule the meeting with Matthews, that could be very telling, but the expectation from management and from the head coach is that Auston Matthews will be back and in training camp. “It sure seems like Craig Berube is likely going to return as head coach.” “From a management standpoint, I’d want to know what the hesitation is beyond the obvious. We can all see the areas of need. So I think Matthews is going to want some explanation as to what John Chayka and Mats Sundin see moving forward. I can’t imagine he withholds his services, right? But does he eventually, maybe not in this meeting, but sometime in the not too distant future, say, ‘Okay, yeah, I’m not in this for the long term. I’m going to honor my contract, but I’m telling you now I’m not in this for the long term’?” Reports @DarrenDreger / @FirstUp1050 #Leafsforever

@Alice_MiaX Government. Funded. Ai. License to print money. I was very skeptical at the surge to $200 per share. It was 2-3 quarters “too early” imo. Now, the sales and revenue and projections are all catching up and bringing the multiple in line…. $300 stock? $400? $500?? Scary growth…

$PLTR Dan Ives just called Palantir a "golden goose." Wedbush's price target: $230. That's 68% upside from $137.09. His case: US government AI spending could total hundreds of billions. Long-term potential in the trillions. The Pentagon just designated Palantir's Maven Smart System as a Program of Record. They also locked in a 10-year, $10 billion Army contract. Ives says Palantir is in "a whole other category" compared to other software companies. His top pick outside the Mag 7. The stock is down 22% this year. Pulled back from $207 highs. But Ives isn't flinching. He called last quarter "stunning." Sitting at $137.09. Government AI is the play and Palantir owns that lane. 👀

@BernieSanders Furthermore, using inflation basics, if the difference in price is $1.00, thats a 28% rise over 16(!) years. Avg cpi of 3% per year and in theory, that difference should be 48% or $1.69 more for the same gas…. Total costs to consumers are actually DOWN….. smarten up Bernie…

@BernieSanders Thats a nice broad simple statement. Everyone should be aware that inflation has hit everything. So the oil may be the same price but the workers, drivers, station attendants, etc has gone up in costs as well. Since 2011… omg, lifetimes ago…. So that logic is shortsighted….

So let me get this straight: 1) The Leafs new GM and head of hockey ops has an NHL rap sheet. 2) The Leafs new senior advisor hasn't advised before. 3) They both report to a person with no hockey knowledge. Ya - this is going to go well.

@MMatters22596 Fair price TODAY is over $350. Well undervalued and still growing. There is a ton of runway for this company to head towards $450+ per share within the next year…. It should be a required 15-20% of everyones portfolio for the next 18 months at least

$AMZN is still one of the most attractive large caps to own. Stockprice is at an ATH, yet valuation is near ATL. The technical setup is looking extremely clean, with solid upside potential. The fundamentals are a literal no-brainer. - In house chip production with over $50 B annual revenue - AWS is growing rapidly, and it's Amazon's most profitable segment - Partnership with Antrophic and OpenAI, securing billions in AWS revenue for years to come, as well as optimizing the use of AI for their own company $AMZN is about to go parabolic, just like $GOOG did last year.
The Analyst tweet media
The Analyst@MMatters22596

I think $AMZN genuinely has the opportunity to pull off what $GOOG did last year. Setup is looking very similar here. Broke above resistance. Golden Cross on the weekly MACD. Most people havn't even noticed that $AMZN is a huge benificiary of the AI revolution. AWS is printing money and $AMZN holds equity in both OpenAI and Anthropic. There's a good chance that we'll see $AMZN trading above $300 before EOY.

@jimmysoldout 1. Landlord cant evict you when they wish 2. You have to pay for housing, might as well grow equity and own it one day 3. Reno/grow/modify house to your wishes 4. Relatively fixed costs for the mortgage term, rent increases over time, a lot 5. When sold, money is yours tax free

no shade but why would i literally ever buy a home… you still have to pay a mortgage monthly that would be the same cost as just paying rent atp. and at least with renting, the expenses for anything that goes wrong falls into the landlord instead of on you
