Meet @Johnsjawn. He runs product marketing and wanted a better way to find which customer stories to feature. So he built an agent. It reads Slack, scans usage metrics, ranks the best leads, and creates a report each week. Autonomously.

@NotionCoach been testing out a bunch of scenarios like scanning flight tickets, chatbots, and generating reports. Can't wait for it to be officially out.

Notion's Custom Agents are probably rolling out in the next few months! Few clients have asked what they can do to get up and running when they launch. I'd start here: 1. Pick one repetitive task your team does manually—something tedious that happens weekly 2. Write it down as bullet points, not paragraphs (agents don't need prose; they need clarity) 3. Create a single "Instructions" database where all SOPs live 4. Test having Notion AI reference that page and execute the workflow 5. Once it's working, expand to more complex, multi-step processes That's it. Not complex integrations. Not custom code. If this is working, the big unlock will be being able to execute these in the background, autonomously. Just clear documentation, organized well, that both humans and AI can follow.
