Last week we made it to the front page of HN asking how well do coding agents use your libraries?
The response was great overall, but many wanted to see the code.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 just made history as the first video game to collaborate with the music platform COLORS, which has previously hosted performances by Billie Eilish, Doja Cat and Alicia Keys.
Long live video game music!

"95% of AI Pilots Are Failing" is trending on Hacker News right now. news.ycombinator.com/item?id=449411…
tldr: AI pilots fail not because the technology is bad, but because nobody learns how to use them effectively.
Here's the learning gap that's costing companies millions (and how to fix it) 🧵

We've spent months doing R&D with MCP at @NapthaAI
MCP has a promising vision but some serious shortcomings.
My latest for the Naptha blog 👇

Recent thread aside, there's a lot to be excited about with MCP! In this post for @NapthaAI I look at MCP as a compatibility layer or a special sort of LLM-optimized API.
Can it do more? Yes! But most people are only using it for tools right now. z

🚢 Build → Ship → Test for PMF → Double down or Archive.
That’s the loop. And @NapthaAI is playing it better than most.
In the last 30 days, they’ve shipped 4 new products.
Not pivots. Not whiteboard ideas. Live products, in market, with users.
Why? Because they’ve mastered the founder’s mentality:
✅ Ship fast
✅ Test traction
✅ If it sticks, invest deeper
✅ If not, archive + move on
No wasted months. No burnt runway. No emotional baggage.
This is how you find PMF without waking up 2 years in with 2 months of capital left.
🔥 Naptha AI is building the open-source stack to scale multi-agent AI systems.
But more importantly?
They’re showing Founders how to build smart, not just hard.
Big respect to the team, and @mhventures is stoked to support.

Building integrations with OAuth sucks.
A rock-solid authorization code flow implementation requires building SEVEN (7) different things, and many of them are different for each OAuth provider:
1️⃣ Creating (and securely storing) a client ID and client secret for the provider
2️⃣ Building a callback URL into your app to receive the authorization code
3️⃣ implementing the authorization code exchange for an access token and (maybe) a refresh token and (usually) other provider-specific data & metadata
4️⃣ Token refreshes! Most access tokens expire, which means you need to store refresh tokens, and track when access tokens expire, and refresh them once they do.
5️⃣ Scope management - scopes differ for each provider, and the way they're specified in the URL changes for many providers - space, comma, or even + -delimited scope lists are common. How are you tracking which scopes to request and which you receive?
Plus, all that security stuff you haven't thought about that's super important:
5️⃣ server-side state maintained in your database and used in the state parameter of the flow.
6️⃣ CSRF cookies to protect the exchange and prevent CSRF. bind the state to the user's session on the server side AND the client side.
7️⃣ secure access token storage! these are sensitive and should be encrypted at the field level.
let's break it down:
